About
Geraldine (Jing) Dimalaluan
I learned to triage in an ER. I still do — the data just looks different now.
I work as a fractional data lead for B2B teams that have data and AI tools but still can't get the insights they need to make decisions. The real story starts in emergency rooms, where I learned to triage fast, find what matters, and act on incomplete information.
Now I do the same with data. Whether it's reverse-engineering a credit engine, finding hidden revenue in a checkout funnel, or building governance frameworks for regulated industries, I cut through noise, find the signal, and make it usable.

My Philosophy
“The metrics that sound impressive aren't always the ones that matter to your business. Every company is chasing a different goal. I help you find the right metrics and set up systems to track them accurately.”
